Water Sport Activities
Consequent to having our own private bay expanding for more than one kilometer, Emirates Palace promises unique and unforgettable moments when it comes to water sports. We offer a large variety of activities exclusively to our resident guests and Beach Club members, whatever you may be looking for.
All of our boats, boards and equipments are state of the art and ideal for guests seeking the thrills of the open seas. Anantara Spa
The Anantara Spa offers rejuvenating body treatments / therapies in a serene Moroccan – Thai inspired back drop. The spa features seven treatment suites complete with Vichy shower & the only Moroccan Hammam facility available in Abu Dhabi. “His” & “Hers” treatments are available complete with double beds & bath tubs.
Oriental motifs adorn the first Anantara Spa to open in the United Arab Emirates & is exclusive to the Emirates Palace.
Pool & Beach
A 1.3km private beach awaits the guests at the Emirates Palace. The white sandy beach access is only limited to in-house guests thus ensuring privacy and exclusivity.
The East Wing swimming pool is a relaxation pool complete with swim up pool bar, separate Jacuzzis & a covered children’s pool area.
The West Wing swimming pool is an adventure pool equipped with water slides, waterfalls, and a lazy river. A separate covered children’s pool area is also available.
The guests have access to both pools whilst staying at the Emirates Palace and therefore whether they are looking for family fun or secluded relaxation, Emirates Palace is the ultimate resort.
Tennis and Padel Programme
General Information
- We offer 4 floodlit tennis courts and one floodlit Padel Court with a cushioned hard court surface. Located on the West Parklands, the courts are open from 07:00 – 22:00 (last booking 21:00).
- Bookings can be made during the above times at the West Beach Club Reception or by ringing Ext. 7311.
- Registration must be made at the West Beach Club Reception prior to your court booking.
- Appropriate tennis attire and non-marking shoes are essential. Shirts must be worn at all times and swimsuits are strictly forbidden.
- We have a limited supply of appropriate Tennis shoes if you forgot to bring your own, which are available as a complimentary amenity.
Fitness Suites
Emirates Palace has two Fitness Suites on the ground floor of the East & West Wings. The West has a larger variety of CV and Resistance equipment, together with two “Vibro gyms”, whilst the East has a large exercise floor space where most classes are offered. The predominance of equipment is from the Technogym range.
Sarab Land
The children's playground is equipped with slides/swings & includes daily activities arranged by the Beach Club including face painting, mini olympics & a host of land & water based activities.
Energy Zone
Incorporating the physics of “Extreme Sports”, the Energy Zone is a fitness concept exclusive to the Emirates Palace. The machines, specifically designed to offer fitness regimes similar to extreme sports in the controlled environment of the Palace grounds, the Energy Zone is sure to impress the fitness guru in you.
Boutiques
Arrays of shopping outlets are available in the Emirates Palace. The boutiques offer everything from high end jewelry, watches, writing instruments to clothing accessories, as well as incorporating an official bank & traditional themed outlets. Furthermore, there are three ATM/Cash points available in the Palace.
