Terms & Conditions
- All hotel reservations are subject to availability and must be made, at least, 10 days before the date of arrival.
- Early Booker Rates are quoted per room, per night. Tax information is provided at the time of the reservation.
- The Early Booker discount is not applicable on incidental expenses, gratuities, service charges or other hotel specific charges.
- Full payment for the whole stay must be made at time of booking.
- Early Booker Rate reservations are non-refundable and cannot be modified. A cancellation charge of 100% of the total stay applies to Early Book Rate cancellations or no-shows.
- Promotional blackout periods may apply due to seasonal periods or special events, and normal arrival/departure restrictions apply, including, but not limited to, minimum length of stay and day of week restrictions.
- Additional guests may be subject to additional hotel charges.
- Early Booker Rate is not valid with groups or conventions and may not be combined with other promotional offers or discount programs.
- Early Booker Rate reservations are limited to a maximum of three (3) rooms per reservation. Reservations must be made online at www.emiratespalace.com.
- Kempinski Hotels S.A. reserves the right to alter or withdraw the Early Booker Rate program at any time.
